The project focus is on the design and of
the large lounge/living room area, to include timber floors, de-emphasise the previous ‘massive’ chimney and put in scene two large artworks on the main walls, as well as a full
refurbishment of the master ensuite
bathroom.

The new bathroom design features large hidden storage spaces in the bespoke mirror cabinets and custom-made Corian base below the porcelain sinks.

The light blue of the mosaic wall tiles gives a fresh, clean look and let both the white
sanitary ware and Corian shelves stand out against it and define the different bathroom spaces. The opening up and redesign of the kitchen and dining area are further design proposals of the project.
