Concept Design

The project is all about its site "top of the top", which in its very privileged location features 270 degree panoramic views of Mallorca, from the Tramuntana mountains to Alcudia to the Bay of Palma. The proposed project reflects these panoramic views in its curved façade which follow the rather steep topography of the site. The house features penthouse like open living spaces at the top floor to maximise on these unique views. Various bedrooms are situated at ground floor with access to the garden and still with unparalleled views to the Cathedral of Palma.
