How to somehow establish long facades with panoramic views on this relatively narrow and steep site?
The boomerang shape follows the topography of the site and offers the opportunity to prolong the façade length on the narrow site. It further uses one of its wings to create full privacy to the terrace and pool areas with respect to the house above it.
