Also called "Parallels" the Aire 17 Villa adopts the shape of its irregular, angular site boundary leading to its unusual and unique house geometry. To maximise the views over Palma and the Sea, we inverted the traditional house layout in favour of a penthouse living area with infinity pool at the top floor and thee bedrooms at the groundfloor, garden level.
